Flexi memberships are for those who cannot make all home matches, but still want to experience live games during the season.

Flexi Members will receive a code on their membership card which is used to redeem their tickets. Once individual game tickets go on sale the member uses this code on the Ticketek website to redeem their tickets, the member will then be sent their tickets directly from Ticketek to gain entry to the game/s.

Yes, Flexi Member codes allow members to redeem multiple tickets to a game. For example, a 4 Game Flexi member can use their code to redeem 4x tickets to one game or 2x tickets to 2 games, etc.

Seats are held for Flexi Members up until game day, ensuring members have preference over the general public. Flexi members are strongly encouraged to redeem their tickets prior to game day to ensure they do not miss out.

Yes, when redeeming your Flexi Member tickets you will have the option to purchase additional tickets at the same time that will be seated with your tickets.
