Flexi Member Ticket Redemptions

In order to redeem your 2024 Flexi Tickets, please read the below details carefully. We look forward to welcoming you to Allianz Stadium this season as we celebrate a historic 150 years of NSW Rugby!

Redeeming Flexi Tickets

1. All Flexi Tickets for the 2024 Super Rugby season are to be redeemed via the Ticketek website in the button below.

2. Once you have located your desired game, use your membership barcode (found on your membership card) and enter it as your 'password' to 'unlock tickets' on the game landing page. Tickets from multiple memberships can be redeemed at the same time by inputting the first barcode, pressing enter, inputting another, and so on.

3. Redeem your tickets! Choose from the 'Waratahs Member' pricing option for $0 as well as any other additional paid tickets and redeem your desired number of tickets.

4. Once you have successfully chosen either 'SMS' or 'Email' as your ticket delivery method Ticketek will send a confirmation email for your order. Your actual tickets will be sent closer to the event date.

If your group is larger than 10, please contact the NSW Waratahs Membership team at memberships@waratahs.rugby and we will manually process your redemption.

If your ticket allocation has been exhausted and you wish to attend additional matches, use the password TAHMEMBER24 to receive 20% off additional tickets!
