2024 Membership Packs

In 2024 Members will have more choice than ever in the Online Mber+ Member Store.

In place of the traditional membership pack being sent to members, credit will be allocated in the new online store to choose what you want included in your 2024 membership pack.

Please read all of the below information around the process for redeeming your credit in the online store.

Shop Credit

• Members will be allocated credit based on their membership type
• If multiple memberships were purchased together (or hold a family membership), the groups' primary member will be responsible for choosing physical/digital cards and how the credit is spent
• Your membership credit will be able to be applied at the last phase of the checkout process
• Please note licensed apparel (such as jerseys, hoodies, etc. will not be available in the Mber+ Store)

Store Access

• All members will be sent an email with login details and and the link to the new Members Online Store

Membership Cards

• All members will be automatically sent a digital version of their membership card via email
• Should a member wish to receive a physical card they can select one using a portion of their credit to redeem this when they select their items

Additional Items

• Members are able to purchase additional items on top of their allocated credit by simply paying the difference at the checkout

Postage

• Credit cannot be applied to postage cost
  
• Members will be asked to enter their postal address at the end of the checkout phase, all products redeemed/purchased will be sent to this address
• Members will be required to pay for their postage at the point of checkout using a credit or debit card
• Postage rates are based on weight and are subject to change (based on rates charged by Australia Post)
  

Personalise Your Items

• Some items in the store have the ability to be personalised with the member able to enter the name they wish
• Please check the name carefully as NSWRU will not be liable for any spelling mistakes
  

Credit/Debit Card

• The member store accepts all VISA and Mastercard cards
• American Express and Diners cards are not accepted in the online store
